the location was great, with plenty of restaurants down the block and a great traditional market nearby. the room and bathroom were spotless, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. the service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff who spoke English. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide range of food options to choose from. I also loved the view of the city from my room and the facilities, especially the pool, which was a great way to unwind after a long day of exploring.
The lack of utensils in the kitchen made it difficult to cook and wash up.

The city break was a blast and we enjoyed exploring the area. the complementary breakfast and bike rental were definitely a plus for us, as we love starting our day with a good meal and going for a bike ride. the quiet location was just what we needed, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center.
the room lacked basic amenities, such as kitchenware and an iron, and we had to call reception for every single item.

Wow! I had an incredible experience spending my xmas holidays in this hotel. The rooms were very spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and modern decor. The location was amazing as it was just a few minutes away from the main shopping center and the city's main attractions. One of the best aspects of this hotel was the staff who were always polite, friendly, and eager to help. the hotel had an amazing spa with a sauna, hammam, and a beautiful swimming pool that we enjoyed so much.
One of the worst aspects was that the hotel was a bit far from some of the restaurants. This turned out not to be a problem, considering that the hotel offered bikes for free and the rides were such an enjoyable experience.

Additionally, the breakfast had a wide variety of options, and we could easily find food in accordance with our diet.
Couldn't stay longer.
